I no longer have a living room. The kids have set up shop there with their art gallery. They are churning out work at an astonishing rate. In the past few weeks they have blown through nearly a 500 pack of paper. This doesn't include the scribblers they have used either. Ethan is enjoying writing stories and illustrating them. He also likes to draw rhythm heaven pages, creating his own games. Shaylee is really coming along in her drawing and is starting to put more and more words on her pages as she is learning to read more and more. I think it is all Shaylee's work in these pictures. The only thing that bothers me about this is they want to keep every single little scrap of paper they draw on! Whew, too much. I've been trying to get them to sort through them so I can bind them into a book but I guess that's too much work, lol!
I have to soon get my report in for Ethan's school year and register them both for next year. It's hard to believe she will be old enough this year. She is such a big girl but she's still my baby in my eyes.
